Recommended preparation
"Anna's" soft taste unfolds best when enjoyed as espresso or cappuccino, prepared with a fully automatic machine or in a Bialetti.

Characteristics
Composition of noble Arabica beans from Nicaragua and strong Robusta beans from India. Roasted by Dinzler with the greatest care to achieve the most spirited espresso.

It tastes intensely spicy, slightly bitter like brown sugar with a hint of cinnamon. Rich in volume and pure with little acidity. An intense and varied espresso with a stable crema and a soft, lasting aftertaste.
