Ingredients
Sage leaves from controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
For a cup of tea, pour about 200ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of sage leaves, cover and leave to brew for about 10 minutes, then strain. Sweeten with honey according to taste. Also suitable for facial steam baths.
