Fritz is a lively type of coffee for young and old gourmets. 100% Arabica beans from the highlands of Peru, organically grown and fairly paid. Fritz' well-balanced taste is accompanied by a soft nutty aroma, mild freshness and barely acidic character - ideal for a joyful morning.

Recommended preparation
The flavour unfolds best when prepared as filter coffee, in a fully automatic machine or in a French press.

Characteristics
Up in the highlands of Chanchamayo in Peru, the peasant farmers of the Selva Alta cooperative grow our top-quality Arabica beans organically and process them on site, traditionally and with the greatest care.

We pay them fair prices for their work and have their coffee beans roasted by Dinzler – slowly and with care to achieve stomach-friendly, mild and balanced coffee.

Fritz' fresh and nutty taste is highlighted by a slight note of almond, is almost free from acidity and offers a soft aftertaste. Prepared with a fully automatic machine, Fritz also shows an outstanding crema.
