Franz is a varied and yet balanced type of coffee. Large 100% Arabica beans from the highlands of Guatemala. He stands out for his beautifully balanced taste of black chocolate with a hint of vanilla.

Recommended preparation
The flavour unfolds best when prepared as filter coffee, in a fully automatic machine or in a French press.

Characteristics
Up in the highlands of Guatemala, Dariush organically cultivates our fine Arabica beans on his finca and traditionally processes the particularly large beans in water basins in order to provide them with the highest quality.

Dinzler roasts our "Franz" coffee beans very slowly to achieve a versatile and aromatic coffee with great depth.

Franz stands out for his full-bodied taste of black chocolate with a hint of vanilla as well as for his balanced acidity. He unfolds his full character when enjoyed dark, but also goes very well with milk.
