Ingredients
Lady's mantle herb, yarrow herb, green oat herb, nettle leaves, ginger rootstock, lemon balm leaves, lemon myrtle leaves, nanamine leaves. From controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Pour 200 ml bubbling boiling water over one filter bag per cup, leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.

Special features of the ingredients
It's a mix women love. We have combined lady's mantle cabbage with classics such as yarrow, green oat and nettle. Ginger gives a pleasant spiciness. Gentle balm, fresh lemon myrtle and aromatic nanaminze refresh mind and soul.
