Ingredients
Birch leaves, yarrow, balm, nettle, marigold, walnut leaves from controlled organic cultivation.

Recommended preparation
Loose tea:
Put 4 level tablespoons of 6 teas into a pot. Pour over 1 litre of boiling water. Bring to the boil again briefly and leave to brew for 10 minutes.
FB Tea:
Pour bubbling boiling water over one filter bag per cup and leave to brew for about 10 minutes.

Special features
As a six-week treatment for purification and cleaning (1 litre per day), to support metabolism and regeneration for more vitality.

Note: Walnut leaves should not be used internally during pregnancy.
