100% Arabica beans grown by a cooperative of peasant farmers in Peru. Organically grown and fairly paid, gently decaffeinated, multi-faceted and aromatic.

Recommended preparation
The flavour unfolds best when prepared as filter coffee, in a fully automatic machine or in a French press.

Characteristics
Up in the highlands of Chanchamayo in Peru, the peasant farmers of the Selva Alta cooperative grow our top-quality Arabica beans organically.
We pay them fair prices and then decaffeinate their coffee beans with water and steam in a particularly gentle process. After that, we have the our "Rudi" coffee beans roasted by Dinzler slowly and masterfully until they reveal their full-bodied taste.
Rudi is versatile, fresh and stands out for his walnut aroma with a fine vanilla note.
