Cajun Avocado Dip (NEW)


  • 2 ripe, but firm avocados, finely diced
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tsp cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 small ripe tomato, trimmed, deseeded and finely diced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • “Cajun Spices” (Herbaria)

Mix the ingredients and season with “Cajun Spices” to taste.
